Went to sign up for helping new players...said my forfeit rate to high...is the info that is used to determine this up to date? Since all your forfeits appear to date back to Feb 2005, I'd say so. If they occurred a week or two ago, it might have been questionable. In order to correct this situation, you'll need to play more forfeit-free games to lower the percentage of forfeitage. Off-hand, I don't know what that is. Stan or Savin would need to check into that.

I'm currently not able to give the New Player Help Center the time and effort it needs to keep it properly updated.
We're looking for someone that is interested in volunteering to do this work. It involves making sure that no one is forfeiting games or has left the site without signing off of the volunteer page. If so, then their name needs to be removed. Also, you would be approving new volunteers.
Email Stan if you're interested (stan@stansco.com).

Why would a 23338 player play for a draw with winning chances? Makes NO SENSE to me.

No problem - I replied to you, but I think my mail went into your spam folder, and I think there is a way for you to indicate that mail from stan@stansco.com should be let through.
