Hello,
My PC randomly shut off today, when I got it back on there were no sound in my headset, neither did the mic work. I've tried syncing the headset and mixamp and they do sync but no sound or mic seem to work anyway. The headset still shows under recording Devices and playback Devices.
Weird thing I noticed after all this is that USB from the Mixamp wont charge my headset anymore, so I now have it plugged into my pc USB port instead and it charges fine. I dont know what the problem is but I think it definetly has something to do With the mixamp.
I have tried diffrent headsets plugged into my pc and they work fine.
I dont know what to do, is there anything I can do? or is it broken.
