Setting Write Privileges on FAT32 SP3

Hi,

I sent a photo by email to my Thunderbird account. When I click on "Get Messages" I receive "Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.

" How do I fix this?

Any idea?
