Hi,
Upgrade from Win7 to Win10 on Viglen 64bit PC. 2.9GHz i7 proc. 16GB RAM. All ok for a week, restarted multiple times and installed various packages. On most recent uses nothing new installed (unless Win10 did some background updates) and all working ok.
This morning boots up and gets to the picture start screen but keyboard and mouse not working - cannot get to the login screen which normally appears when you press a key or move mouse.
Have tried rebooting with mouse and keyboard in different USB ports - same result.
Can get to the BIOS screen ok so the keyboard is definitely working, but windows is not seeing it.
What can I do?
