Software issue with respect to charging

Hi ,

I bought smartron mobile just 1 month back and facing below issues

1) Not able to charge my mobile

Remedy - I need to switch off my mobile ,connect my charger and then I need to power my mobile back on .if I take charge plug then again I need to repeat the same steps which is frustrating

2) out of two only one speaker is working

3) Heating issue

When I tried and asked for replacement or for refund tcare center denined it. Now I am clue less .I don't want to use repaired handset for which I bought it for 14k rs.

Can you help me on this
