If there is a tourney whereby the director has designated the opening moves, is there a way of re-starting the game if one of the players fails to open correctly?

I can reset a game where necessary. Send me details in an e-mail please. Generally, I need both players approval, but if the Tourney Director (creator) submits the request, I can do it just from that one request.
