I know it sounds like I should just be able to "get somebody to help", but the site is all automated using programs that I wrote. For someone to help, I would have to give them access to my code, and I just don't want to do that.
The site is geared toward letting people play their friends or other people around the world. For now that's what it is.

If "what I see is what I get", then I would expect to find Associate Tourney functionality working. If you have lost this feature, you may wish to remove the "Assoc. Tourneys" hyperlink from the header of the web pages. www.stansco.com/cgi-bin/nc_publication.cgi?associate-tourneys Stansco Ladder is listed as one of two such tourneys on this page. The Associate Tourney is not a new feature; what happened to it? Did you rewrite the software so that it doesn't work anymore? |

I created the Associate Tourney section because I had requests from people that wanted to play games at my site for tournaments that they would run (and manage). We had quite a few of them at one point, but they have all faded out now. I left it there so others could add their tourneys.

Thanks, Stan. I am glad to hear that Associate Tourneys are working (when the people are doing their part, that is). So per the topic of this message thread, and the document shown below, it appears that there's been no updates in Stan's Ladder Tournament because Archer biffhero (stanscoladder@gmail.com) hasn't made any updates?
