I've got multiple emails from you and Bluestuff370 going back to 2006, with you two fighting with each other. If you don't like each other, why do you keep playing each other? If you want to play "games" with each other, then go for it, but don't make me look like the bad guy here because I won't break the rules for you.
Sorry for the rant, but it's little ridiculous that you guys want to bicker back and forth with each other for over 6 years, then you come running to me to be the referee.

I started looking into the situation further, with the idea that I might make an exception here and rule in your favor.
You have been rude to your opponent and bad-mouthed him in other games to other players. I don't know what the story is between you two, but you are apparently going out of your way to trick him into playing you (with new accounts), so I don't see how I can force him to do anything against the rules. This is a corespondence chess site where you make moves when you want. I don't like players delaying like Bluestufff is doing here, but I see you as the antagonist in this overall situation.
You also cheated with your Kingsroyalty account by playing yourself, against your mikewitek account, as the first game to ensure a high starting rating.
I'd appreciate it if you would bring your fight with bluestuff somewhere else. This is a waste of everyone's time.

Yes - I told you that I am thinking of making some changes to deal with intentional delaying of moves and things like that. I don't know how that will work exactly, and I don't know when it will be put in place. In fact, this situation has showed me that it is going to be tough to automate this kind of investigation. Even though your opponent is the one delaying here, you are the one that has gone out of your way to abuse this player, and in this case, I don't blame him for rataliating with the delays.
