Volunteers program. How to get in?

I'd like to join the volunteers group but website tells me I'm in provisional state etc, etc...

The players list is very out of date so I'm wondering if it's possible
that my rating is out of date too.

Anyway I like to play with everyone without rating limitations...

Thanks for pointing that out. It wasn't your fault. I have fixed the registration process for that list and I added you to the list.
