Reverse Forfeits

Do Reverse Forfeits work if Player A has asked for a draw and been refused? The game plays on. Then Player B asked for a draw twice and is refused, cause Player A is in a winning position.

Yes - if White requests another draw (or cancel) in that game, then the game can sit and a reverse forfeit will happen when the forfeit timeout period elapses.

No problem.

I had to implement the Reverse Forfeit rule because we had a few cases where players were just contiually entering Request Draw/Cancel moves just to avoid losing the game.
