In a very strong field of players his excellent play left 1/2 a point ahead of Nobodyspawn, senna2 and Centerman who are all equal 2nd. You can see the results here:

2004 NetPlayers Tournament

This tournament has had many division winners. But the platinum division is not decided yet.

Open Swiss Tournament

Congratulations to Cavallo who has won the Open Swiss Tournament with a score of 14.5 out of 16. RT came second with an identical score but did not play as strong a set of opponents.

Expert Swiss

This tournament is not yet decided with key games still in progress. I suspect that Cavallo will eventually finish top .... but the following players all still have a legitimate chance to win:

Category 1 Swiss
Tournament has not yet been decided but its really down to two players Beck15 and Sakker.

Category 2 Swiss

This has been won by Beck15 and sparrowhawk was second just 1/2 point behind.

Category 3 Swiss

This was another close fight but Lord Sid Sidious won the tournament with 15 points ... 1/2 a point ahead of e-trade and BobbyFisher

This tournament had two clear leaders throughout. AndrewO is the tournament winner with Palleto one point behind in second.

Hi Savin,
I'm a bit confused as to why Nobodyspawn came in second. In the Head to Head games between myself, nobodyspawn, and Senna (all had 8.5 points) it appears I have 1.5 pts, Nobodyspawn 1 point and Senna 1/2 point. However, both Senna and I had 2 losses but 1 more win than nobodyspawn. Can you clarify the tie break ?

I have no idea why I declared him as being second .... I think at the time there were still a few games to be completed and what I meant to say is that he was currently in second. Based on the rules of the Championship, you, senna2 and nobodyspawn are all equal second.

I really must remember to make it clear that when I make posts like these they are "as of a particular date"
