Is there a rule for a chess game that could end up in a draw because I have played many games that turned up being a draw also it gets to be a pain when the same position is being played for example Check out game #362825 so far it's been going back& forth with the same position!!!! Is there something called move repitition or whatever it's called

Game 362825 looks like a draw by 3-fold repetition to me.
Hopefully, Stan will see this and declare the draw.

Yes - that game is a valid claim for the 3-fold repetition rule. I see that you have requested draw with your 75th move. If your opponent does not acccept the draw, let me know and I will force the draw. Please send me an e-mail if you do have to contact me about this - stan@stansco.com.
