Is there any reason why the scheduled dates for the next rounds of the Swiss Open etc. have not commenced on the expected dates?

Savin is on vacation. I expect him back soon to start the next rounds of the tourneys and update the ratings.

They are launched now. Sorry for the delay. I could have launched them 3 weeks ago but I saw a lot of people that looked like they might forfeit and decided to wait a bit. In the end we have withdrawn about 14 people from the tournaments. Summer is always a tough time of year.
