Cos I've forfeited 3 games from games I thought I still had time on.

You'd have lost them anyways.

I know... I just wanted to know which games you were talking about so I could tell you why they forfeited.

MY problem is I thought the forfeit timeout was between. 4PM-6PM BST. But they went out before 2PM which is why I forfeited.

I usually run the forfeit routine around the same time every weekday - around 9am Eastern USA time. On the weekends it can be as late as noon. Many times I have the chance to run the forfeit routine just after midnight, but I intentionally do not do that.
I did not run the forfeit routine earlier than usual on the day in question.
