Tourneys starting when they've been forgotten.

I've noticed that if you create a tourney or join someone else's tourney, they sometimes don't start for another year after they've been created. This usually means that most of the people who joined the tourney have different circumstances, forgotten about it or have left the site all together.

Would it be possible to have an option to cancel the tourney if all the places aren't filled by a certain time period?

I have tourneys that I created from last year that only have a couple of people registered on them and by the time that all the other places are filled, I may either have too many games on the go or my circumstances may have changed in another way.

Also, it may be an idea to have the option to be able to opt out of other peoples tourneys that haven't started.
