How many times OTB before the opponent thinks you are neurotic?
Adjust or j'adoube: To adjust the position of a piece on its square without being required to move it. Adjustment can only be done when it is the player's move and the adjustment is preceded by speaking I adjust or j'adoube.
Do you like you knights straight on or sideways. If sideways which way do you like them facing. Are there any rules?
Can you adjust your own or your opponent pieces?
In tournaments, can you complain if one of the pieces is crooked, bent out of shape in manufacture?

Perpetual check: A draw forced by one player putting the opponent's king in a potentially endless series of checks. I think this is called "Repetition of Moves" draw. e.g. The ending in one of my early games: www.stansco.com/cgi-bin/nc_game.cgi?319746?41w??largeI saw it before my opponent. Well, I was playing for a shock win, but then I realised I had to accept a draw. As I had lost every game before, this was like a win at a pawn down.
