Strange Positions

Anything strange ever come up?

I think I have seen a few, stalemates when the losing opponent refused to resign and the winning player filled the board with Queens.

How about trebled pawns? I do not think this has occurred in any of my few games.

the opponent (black) had moved 41...... Re8 I would have moved fxe8=N+ just because I had never made a promotion to a Knight before. Mate takes one move longer. Nearest I have got. The opponent resigned.

Anybody promoted a pawn to a Knight in a real game?
