Hi, So I bought The platinum headset a few hours ago, and at first it was working super well, sound quality is amazing and it is very comfortable. But just after 20 mins of using it, the audio went out, i couldnt hear a thing. So i turned it off and turned it back on, it does the 2 beeps, but no third beep. After that, i just thought it was out of battery, so i leave it charging for an hour and it still doesnt work. I use the manual reset button on the usb dongle, and still doesnt work. I do the manual reset on the headset....still no luck. I tried downloading the companion app, but cant find it on the store...? The only way i can use these headphones, is with the cord....but then again, i bought a wireless headset not a wired. If anyone knows about this problem then tell me if its something i fix, or if i have to go and return it. Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
