Sync Folder without moving location

Hi,

I have a folder on my computer that I would like to backup to my box account. This folder is shared by local server and is updated multiple times a day by other users. Can I backup this folder to box without changing the location of folder? (without dragging folder to box sync) As changing location will require me to change saved directories tied to our project.

Any idea?
